Job summary

Fielding's Wood Grill in Shenandoah, TX is seeking a Host/Hostess to greet guests, manage reservations, and seat guests in a fast-paced dining room. You will be the first impression for guests and help ensure smooth service by coordinating with the front-of-house team.

The ideal candidate has a friendly, energetic demeanor and can work well under pressure in a busy restaurant environment. Prior host/hostess experience is a plus, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Answer phones and take reservations.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure with staff.
• Safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• Willing to follow instructions and seek clarification when needed.
• Able to work in a busy restaurant environment.
• Restaurant experience is a plus.

We are searching for an experienced, passionate and outgoing individual.

Fielding's Wood Grill is a "best in class" all natural wood grill & rotisserie with craft beers, good wines, and scratch cocktails. Our menu includes craft burgers, artisan bread, house ground proteins, amazing salads, and hand spun chef-crafted milk shakes. We also offer a full bar with craft beer, signature cocktails, and thoughtful wines as well as a complete espresso and coffee bar menu. Lunch and Dinner daily, and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
