Job summary

Fielding's Wood Grill is seeking an experienced Server/Bartender to join our team in Shenandoah, TX. You will deliver exceptional guest service, upsell menu items, and contribute to a welcoming dining atmosphere with craft beverages and a curated wine list.

We value passionate, outgoing individuals with strong communication skills and knowledge of wine. Prior experience with Aloha POS is a plus; a self-motivated, reliable mindset is essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in full-service upscale dining.
• Strong salesmanship and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of food and new world wine.

We are searching for an experienced, passionate and outgoing individual.

Fielding's Wood Grill is a "best in class" all natural wood grill & rotisserie with craft beers, good wines, and scratch cocktails. Our menu includes craft burgers, artisan bread, house ground proteins, amazing salads, and hand spun chef-crafted milk shakes.
