Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, WA is seeking a part-time Host to warmly welcome guests and manage the host station. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seating accuracy.

Responsibilities include seating guests, monitoring wait times, and maintaining clean dining areas while handling guest inquiries with a professional, friendly approach.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a guest service environment preferred
• Ability to maintain a high energy level in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members

• Review floor plan and reservation book daily to create seating charts
• Seat guests and maintain control of wait times
• Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
• Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, respond to complaints, and thank guests as they are leaving
• Answer restaurant telephone line during assigned hours of operation

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Hosts to join our team at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington. As a Host, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and managing the host station.

Pay

$28.40 - $28.40 / hour
