Job summary

Charleston Hospitality Group in Savannah, GA is hiring a Host to welcome guests at the entrance and support a smooth dining experience. You will greet guests with a smile, answer phones, share restaurant information, assist with reservations, and manage the waitlist in coordination with the dining room team.

Summary

The host is responsible to ensure guests are created in a timely fashion at the restaurant entrance. As the host you will be responsible for answering phones with a smile, sharing restaurant information with guests, assisting with reservations, and adding guests to a waitlist. The hostess works closely with the wait staff to maintain an organized account of customers coming in and out of the restaurant and keep track of which tables are available or need to be cleared.
