Responsibilities

• When our guests walk through our doors, they expect personalized, professional service in an atmosphere of relaxed elegance, and that's exactly what we deliver.
• Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; announce server’s name
• Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service
• Use Yelp Guest Manager to coordinate wait lists, reservations, private parties, server sections
• Work closely with management to give accurate wait times and accommodate large parties
• Assist with stocking and light cleaning of restrooms
• Sanitize all menus after guest use
• Maintain a clean, orderly, sanitary workspace
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Assists or completes other tasks as requested by management
• Must be available to work nights and weekends

Skills

• Preferred 1 year experience in fine dining & high-volume establishments
• Ability to communicate with teammates and management effectively
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work with management staff and other employees in a professional manner
• Enthusiastic about hospitality, possesses an excellent work ethic and a positive attitude in a team. environment, and has an ability to learn new information quickly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and kneel for up to 8 hours a day
• Be able to lift 30+lbs as needed
