Job summary

Via 313 SLC 8th & 9th is seeking friendly, energetic Hosts to greet guests, manage seating, and help create a welcoming dining experience in Salt Lake City. You’ll start the guest journey with a warm welcome and assist teammates during busy shifts.

No prior restaurant experience is required; training is provided to learn our menu, procedures, and guest service standards while joining a fun, fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with menus, takeout handoffs, and other front-of-house tasks.
• Help accommodate guest requests and communicate special needs to the team.
• Follow restaurant procedures and guest service standards.
• Work with teammates to create an exceptional guest experience.

A Day in the Life

Every great guest experience starts with a warm welcome!

As a Host at Via 313, you'll greet guests, help manage seating and wait times, and keep the front of the restaurant running smoothly.

Some moments you'll be welcoming guests and helping them find the perfect table. Other moments you'll be answering questions, communicating with servers, keeping the entrance organized, or lending a hand to your teammates when things get busy.

You'll help create a fun, friendly atmosphere where guests feel appreciated from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave.

Every shift is an opportunity to connect with people, build your hospitality skills, and help make someone's day a little better.

Inspired by legendary Detroit pizzerias like Cloverleaf, Buddy's, Loui's, and Niki's, we've grown from a single trailer into a team serving award-winning pizza across multiple states.
