Job summary

Great American Restaurants in the Washington, DC metropolitan area is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests in a busy, guest-centric dining room. You will greet guests, assist with reservations and waiting lists, and help ensure every guest enjoys a distinctive experience before they order.

Hosts earn $18+ per hour

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Greet guests as soon as they walk through the door
• Providing exceptional guest service
• Maintaining a neat, organized front-of-house environment
• Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions
• Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
