Job summary

Great American Restaurants in Northern Virginia seeks a friendly Host to greet guests, manage reservations, and help create an exceptional dining experience from first hello to seating. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-focused setting, delivering warm service and keeping the front of house organized in a high-volume environment.

We offer paid training, competitive starting pay of $18+ per hour, and benefits including health insurance and PTO based on eligibility, with opportunities for growth

Hosts earn $18+ per hour

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Greet guests as soon as they walk through the door
• Providing exceptional guest service
• Maintaining a neat, organized front-of-house environment
• Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions
• Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
