Job summary

Over Easy in Phoenix is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests, manage seating, and assist the service team with a positive guest experience.

You will greet guests, seat them promptly, answer questions, and help maintain an upbeat, welcoming atmosphere. Prior iPad experience is a plus; must be 16+ and able to lift 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Welcome each Guest upon arrival and thank them for joining Over Easy when they leave.
• Seat each Guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist ipad system.
• If on a wait keep, remember it is our job to Spark Brighter Days.
• Answer phones, be able to answer guest questions or get them to the person that can best take care of that guests needs.
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to Server as needed.
• Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables.

The Position Specifics

The Host is where each guest experience starts and ends. The door or "Porta" is the most important part of the restaurant. First and Last impressions matter and have a lasting impact on the guest experience. The responsibilities for this position include:
