Job summary

IHOP Pasco is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to greet guests, seat them promptly, and contribute to a warm, welcoming dining experience. You will answer phones, manage the waitlist, and help keep dining areas clean and inviting.

This position requires weekend and holiday availability, teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to multitask. Full or part-time roles offer benefits including meal discounts, advancement opportunities, a 401k after one year, sick pay, and health-dental-vision

Qualifications

• Weekend and holidays are required.
• Prior experience as a host is a plus.
• Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.

Position overview:

As a Host or Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting guests and seating them promptly, cheerfully and courteously. Additional duties of this position include answering the phone, maintaining a waitlist, sanitizing touchpoints, cleaning tables, making and delivering beverages.
