Job summary

Bahama Breeze is looking for a friendly Host to greet guests and manage seating with a Caribbean-inspired hospitality approach. You will help ensure accurate wait times and coordinate reservations to create a smooth dining experience.

As a Host, you’ll deliver a welcoming first impression, assist guests through the dining flow, maintain clean dining areas, and contribute to a memorable island vibe that encourages guests to return.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm, Caribbean welcome and assist with seating.
• Quote accurate wait times and manage guest reservations.
• Seat Guests promptly and accommodate special requests.
• Ensure dining areas are clean and sanitized for guest comfort.
• Close interactions with a genuine thank you as guests depart.

As our “first and last impression,” the Host sets the stage for a Caribbean Escape, greeting Guests with a vibrant smile, accurately quoting wait times, managing reservations, seating Guests and accommodating their needs. Hosts also ensure Guest touch points are clean and sanitized and when the guest is done with their meal, delivers a genuine thank you as they complete their Caribbean Escape.
