Job summary

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking friendly hospitality professionals for a weekday schedule (Mon-Fri, 11-5) to deliver exceptional food, beverage, and service. Join a fast-paced team that values customer experience and teamwork across dining and reservations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, updating seating statuses, managing reservations, and maintaining a clean dining area while building relationships with customers. Previous experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive with a welcoming and positive attitude.
• Manage seating software by entering accurate guest information and updating table status.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house team members and managers.
• Estimate accurate wait times for guests based on current table times, party size, wait list, and other factors.
• Use good judgment to make appropriate accommodations for guests based on need.
• Bus, clean, and sanitize tables/chairs/seats quickly to ensure efficient seating.
• Handle phone calls and inquiries on reservations as needed.
• Direct and facilitate carryout pickup for guests as needed.
• Assist serving staff when necessary with pre-bussing tables and delivering food and beverages to guests.
• Build relationships with new and regular customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining room, restrooms, and other public areas.
• Execute daily cleaning details as outlined by management.
