Labriola Ristorante - Oak Brook Terrace is seeking a friendly Restaurant Host to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and seat guests promptly in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or customer-service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating chart.
• Seat guests promptly while honoring preferences.
• Provide wait-time estimates and keep guests informed.
• Answer questions and accommodate special requests.
• Coordinate table availability with servers, managers, and kitchen staff.
• Keep host stand, entrance, menus, and waiting area clean and organized.
• Assist with private dining and events as needed.
• Occasionally assist guests with payments at the host stand.
• Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for guests and coworkers.

Labriola Ristorante - Oak Brook Terrace

Pay: $18-$20 per hour

Labriola Ristorante Oak Brook is looking for friendly, energetic people to join our host team!

As a host, you'll set the tone for every guest's experience. You'll welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and help keep the restaurant running smoothly. If you enjoy meeting new people, staying active, and working with a fun, fast-paced team, this could be a great fit for you!

What You'll Do

• Greet every guest with a warm, friendly welcome
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and the restaurant's seating chart
• Seat guests promptly while honoring preferences whenever possible
• Provide accurate wait-time estimates and keep waiting guests informed
• Answer questions and accommodate special requests with professionalism
• Communicate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to coordinate table availability
• Keep the host stand, entrance, menus, and waiting area clean and organized
• Assist with private dining and special events as needed
• Occasionally assist guests with payments at the host stand
• Help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for guests and coworkers

What We're Looking For

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• The ability to learn and operate Opentable
• Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is preferred, but not required-we're happy to train great people!
