Job summary

Aronimink Golf Club is seeking dedicated Banquet Servers for evening and weekend events in a beautiful, classic setting. You will help execute weddings, golf tournaments, corporate events, and private club functions by setting up banquet spaces and delivering top-tier food and beverage service.

Responsibilities include event setup, serving, guest relations, clearing, teardown, and ensuring a pristine dining room.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable availability on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays (holiday availability is a plus).
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food/beverage trays weighing up to 30–50 lbs.
• Strong teamwork, a positive attitude, and a polished, professional appearance.
• Banquet, restaurant, or catering experience preferred; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Event Setup: Set up dining spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, silverware, glassware, and buffet/bar stations according to event layouts.
• Food & Beverage Service: Serve plated meals, pass hors d'oeuvres, manage buffet stations, and refill beverages.
• Member & Guest Relations: Provide warm, attentive hospitality, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate dietary restrictions.
• Clearing & Maintenance: Bus tables promptly throughout service, maintain clean work stations, and keep dining rooms pristine.
• Teardown & Breakdown: Assist with post-event teardown, returning equipment to designated areas, and preparing rooms for upcoming events.
