You will greet guests, keep the front door area welcoming, and keep up with product knowledge to assist guests confidently.

We’re seeking fully conversational English speakers who can stand for extended periods and work varied hours, including nights and weekends.

In This Role, You Will:

Welcome guests at the entrance of our establishments.

Maintain a clean and orderly front door area

Maintain a solid product knowledge

Evenly manage the workload between servers

Aid servers, when necessary while maintaining a watchful eye on the entrance to the restaurant

Communicate guest concerns and complaints to managers immediately

Maintain a clean, neat, well-groomed appearance

Maintain knowledge of airport , terminal , and restaurants; offer information, recommendations, etc.

Qualifications/Criteria:

Must know the restaurant’s menu and floor plan

Must be fully conversational in English

Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods

Must be able to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditions
