About Sagaponack

Sagaponack has been open for over a decade. It was named after the first owner’s favorite town in the Hamptons. In October 2020, our team was brought in to bring new energy and flare to the restaurant.

We offer a unique take on flavors alongside fresh Long Island seafood. Enjoy a taste of the Hamptons without leaving Manhattan, with menu options like oysters, lobster rolls, and a surf & turf burger.

We are looking for a team member who is passionate and dedicated to hospitality & service. The following are responsibilities:

1. Welcome guests to the restaurant
2. Provide wait times and monitor waiting lists
3. Manage reservations
4. Escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas (hopefully soon!)
5. Provide menus
6. Greet guests upon their departure
7. Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options, protocol, guests notes, allergy notes, etc
8. Maintain a clean reception area
9. Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
10. Answer incoming calls and address guests’ queries
11. Assist wait staff as needed
