About this Role

As a host, you are the first impression of wagamama the warm welcome, the calm in the rush, and the connector who sets the tone for the entire guest experience. You will greet guests with energy and intention, manage the flow of the restaurant. Hosts are essential to smooth service and strong teamwork, helping both guests and teammates have an experience worth returning for.
