Job summary

Five Iron Golf is hiring for a part-time Guest Services Associate in New York. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, and guide guests to simulators and bar areas while delivering an exceptional hospitality experience.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Benefits include health, dental, vision, disability coverage, a 401K, and free meals during shifts.

Qualifications

• Golf, server, and/or hospitality experience encouraged but not required.
• Experience in managing reservations
• Demonstrable customer‑service skills
• Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in‑person
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor all simulators and bar area
• Availability to work various shifts as needed.
