Job description

At SSP America, our Hosts are one of our most important customer service roles. They are experts at:

• Making our guests' days!
• Processing orders quickly and accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness and service standards daily

As a Host, you can expect:

• To process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system.
• To receive payment from customers and process change.
• To transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• To ensure the work area remains clean throughout the day.
• To clean equipment and utensils, remove trash, sweep and mop the work area, dust, and clean.
• To perform other tasks as assigned.
