This position is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations and waitlists, seating guests efficiently, and maintaining smooth communication between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.What You’ll Bring:Warmly greet every guest upon arrival and departure.Create a positive first impression by maintaining a friendly, professional, and polished demeanor.Escort guests to their tables and provide menus or direct them to digital menu options.Answer guest questions about the restaurant, menu, or wait times.Manage reservations using the restaurant’s booking system.Organize seating charts and assign tables to servers to maximize efficiency and balance workload.Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.
