Lifestyle Communities (LC) is seeking a Host to join The Goat dining team in Nashville. You will greet guests, manage reservations and seating, and ensure a welcoming, efficient dining experience. This PT front-of-house role supports the team and helps create memorable moments for guests.

Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma and 1 year of customer service experience. The position requires standing, communication skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor in a busy dining

The Difference You Will Make

As a Host you are the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, friendly, and organized dining experience. This position is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations and waitlists, seating guests efficiently, and maintaining smooth communication between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.


What You'll Bring


  • Warmly greet every guest upon arrival and departure.

  • Create a positive first impression by maintaining a friendly, professional, and polished demeanor.

  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus or direct them to digital menu options.

  • Answer guest questions about the restaurant, menu, or wait times.

  • Manage reservations using the restaurant's booking system.

  • Organize seating charts and assign tables to servers to maximize efficiency and balance workload.


Minimum Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least one (1) year of related customer experience required.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a restaurant environment, including a kitchen area.


Location and Travel

Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local stores.
