Hosts are responsible for creating memorable guest experiences through warm hospitality, strong communication, attention to detail, and efficient service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting guests as they arrive, checking in guests for their reservations
• Maintain a strong understanding of our reservation platform,
• Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards
• Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH team members to keep service running smoothly
• Communicate guest concerns and service issues promptly to management
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties each shift
• Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall flow of service
