Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with seating in a warm, professional manner.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and coordinate seating flow.
• Operate the front-of-house cash register and process payments.
• Support the host team to maintain a clean, organized lobby area.

Our Host Team is responsible for providing the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests. The Host Team enriches the guest’s experiences by creating a lasting impression of the brand upon guests entering and leaving the restaurant. They greet people cheerfully and make sure their needs are satisfied in a professional, warm, and friendly manner. Other duties include seating guests at tables, answering phones, taking reservations, and handling cash register transactions.
