Job summary

Bandana’s is a family-owned, small-chain restaurant seeking team members who will live the mission: treat every guest as a guest in your home, provide great hospitality, and deliver high-quality food and service with consistency.

Responsibilities include delivering the motto to guests, using the computer system to input orders, serving drinks, food and dessert promptly, standing for up to six hours, keeping tables and booths clean, and following uniform standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read and write and understand the primary language of the work location for the guests who typically visit the work location.
• Ability to use computer system to input order information.
• Must be guest sensitive and possess a sense of timing to serve drinks, food and dessert at proper times.
• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to six hours.
• Ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant.
• Follows proper uniform standards.

Responsibilities

• Delivers the mission statement and motto to each guest 100% of the time.
• Speaks clearly and courteous with guests; inputs orders using the computer system.
• Maintains dining area by clearing and resetting tables as needed; follows serving sequence for drinks, food and dessert.
