Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host. As a Host, you will be responsible for providing excellent hospitality and ensuring a positive guest experience. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere. The base pay is $7.5/hr plus tips.

Duties:

1. Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
2. Seat guests and provide them with menus
3. Assist guests with any special requests or accommodations
4. Manage reservations and waitlists
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
6. Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
7. Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
8. Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally
9. Assist with other duties as assigned

Skills:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Details:
