An established industry player in the hospitality sector is seeking a part-time team member to enhance customer experiences. This role involves greeting guests, managing seating arrangements, and providing exceptional service. (Part-time 25 hours per week)
Rate: $12 /hr plus tips from overall tip pool
Hours: 3-10 approximately
*Approx. 3-4 shifts per week, shifts will vary based on need
Responsibilities include:
-Greeting Customers upon entry (& exit) and providing them with accurate wait times
-Managing the flow of Guests and maintaining an up-to-date seating chart through Open Table GuestCenter
-Escorting Guests to their table while correctly rotating servers
-Answering the phone and providing the appropriate service (ie. Reservations) -Light bussing and reseting tables to assist serving staff(if needed)
Requirements:
-Exceptional Customer Service Skills
-Clear and Professional Communication Skills
-Strong Organizational skills
-Must be at least 18 years of Age
-Must have some type of Weekend Availability
