Responsibilities

• Learn the menu, including daily specials, and accurately describe how dishes are prepared.
• Check the dining room constantly for cleanliness and organization and restock condiments on tables as needed.
• Greet guests warmly as they enter to create a positive first impression.
• Help clear and wipe down tables and set up tables with utensils and glassware for the next party.
• Handle bookings of reservations, quickly solve seating problems, and troubleshoot phone inquiries from customers.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. The position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds, with occasional lifting or moving up to 50 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion.
