Job summary

Workstream is seeking a confident Host to greet guests and provide a warm first impression in our dining room. You will assist with seating, manage the wait list, and inform guests about features and promotions.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to multitask, and reliable transportation. Training is provided, including TIPS certification upon completion.

Qualifications

• Willing to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Physical stamina for minimum 6 hour shift.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to train individuals.
• Learner and coachable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, especially first-time guests.
• Maintain a timely restaurant wait list.
• Communicate features and promotions to guests.
• Deliver food to tables as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining room, and restrooms.
• Assist in taking orders and to-go guest payments when needed.
• Perform daily opening and closing duties and communicate needs to managers.
• Maintain a helpful working relationship with the DMO.
• Collaborate across FOH and BOH teams.
• Participate in ongoing restaurant training and events.
