Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Host to greet guests, escort them to tables, and present menus. You will maintain dining room setup, assist with service, and coordinate reservations for special functions.

The role emphasizes sustainability practices under EarthView and adherence to safety standards. A customer service background is preferred, with opportunities across full‑time and part‑time shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and maintain daily log book to coordinate communication between shifts and management.

Your Focus

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive, offer choice of seating, escort to the dining table and present menu.
• Read, maintain and make daily entries in the log book to coordinate communication between shifts and management.
• Maintain proper set-up of the dining room.
• Assist as needed or requested with service.
• Receive records and make any necessary arrangements for reservations and special functions in the restaurant.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Background and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
