Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Host/Hostess to ensure smooth dining flow and support servers and the back of the house. You will greet residents at the restaurant entrance and help maintain a welcoming, organized front of house.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or kitchen experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to read and communicate in English. The role offers bi-weekly pay, $17.00–$19.00 per hour, and comprehensive benefits.

Job Description

We are hiring a Host/Hostess. The Host/Hostess will work directly with the team to ensure the flow of the restaurant is maintained so that the servers and the back of the house are working efficiently and effectively.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Pay rate commensurate with experience

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

How you will make an impact:

• Manage the dining front entrance and greet and welcome residents when they arrive at the restaurant.

• Assist in the training of the wait staff.

What you will need:

• Experience in a kitchen/service environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required, unless an active student.
• Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate in the English Language.
• Ability to safely lift or move with designated equipment, up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible with schedule, available to work all shifts and holidays.
