Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado is hiring a Host/Hostess to welcome residents and manage the dining front entrance. You will help ensure smooth service by greeting guests, answering calls, and supporting front-of-house operations with sanitation and organization.

The role offers a bi-weekly pay schedule at $17–$19 per hour, with pay commensurate with experience, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds with designated equipment.

Job Description

We are hiring a Host/Hostess. The Host/Hostess will work directly with the team to ensure the flow of the restaurant is maintained so that the servers and the back of the house are working efficiently and effectively.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Pay rate commensurate with experience

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

How you will make an impact:

• Manage the dining front entrance and greet and welcome residents when they arrive at the restaurant.

• Maintain the front of the house and kitchen sanitation.
• Assist in the training of the wait staff.
