Job summary

HHM Hotels in Culver City is seeking an enthusiastic Host to greet guests, escort them to tables and present menus while upholding sustainability standards.

You will maintain dining room setup, assist as needed with service, and coordinate reservations and special events. A high school diploma or equivalent is required and prior customer service experience is preferred. Work schedules include holidays and weekends.

• Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive, offer choice of seating, escort to the dining table and present menu.
• Read, maintain and make daily entries in the log book to coordinate communication between shifts and management.

• Assist as needed or requested with service.
• Receive records and make any necessary arrangements for reservations and special functions in the restaurant.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Background and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
