Job summary

Western Home Communities is seeking a friendly, organized Host to join our Dining team. As a Host, you will greet and seat guests, manage reservations and wait times, answer calls, and help ensure the dining area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 18+ with strong English and reliable attendance preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to read, speak, and write fluent English and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming guests and escort them to tables with menus and introductions.
• Manage reservations, monitor wait times, and communicate updates to guests.
• Answer restaurant calls and provide excellent service, maintaining a clean host station.
• Collaborate with dining and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a reliable attendance record and adapt to varied shifts, including weekends.

You will greet and seat guests, manage reservations and wait times, answer incoming calls, and help ensure the dining area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
