Western Home Communities is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Coordinator (Cook) to join our award-winning team and serve residents with care and culinary excellence. You’ll manage dining services, help with housekeeping and laundry, and ensure a clean, safe kitchen environment.

Ideal candidates bring customer service passion, strong communication, and reliable organization. Some food service experience helps, and weekend/holiday availability may be required to support our residents' needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior food service experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to serving others.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with residents, families, and team members effectively.
• Proven organizational and time management abilities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
