Job summary

Bamboo Sushi in Bend, OR is seeking a Host to set the tone for guest experiences in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will greet and seat guests, manage waitlists, and support both FOH and BOH teams to ensure timely, warm service. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with competitive pay plus tips, health and life insurance for 25+ hours, vacation time, a 401(k), dining discounts, and growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

As a Host at Bamboo Sushi, you'll help set the tone for the entire guest experience. You'll work closely with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service, thoughtful seating, and a warm, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating guests with genuine hospitality
• Managing waitlists and reservations with accuracy and care
• Supporting FOH and BOH teams to ensure timely and consistent service
• Assisting fellow team members to meet guest needs
• Following all company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
