Cactus Restaurants in Bellevue, WA is hiring a customer-focused team member for our fast-paced dining venues. You’ll help deliver outstanding service, uphold our shift policies, and work with a supportive team.

With 1+ years in hospitality, you’ll thrive on high energy, organization, and teamwork, while weekend availability helps cover busy periods. Base pay starts at minimum wage with tip pool participation, and total earnings vary by shifts and performance.

• Employees are eligible for employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance after 6 months of employment, provided they average at least 30 hours per week.
  • The employer covers 75% of the premium.
  • Dependent/family coverage is available at full cost to the employee.
• Paid Sick and Safe Leave (PSSL): Accrued and available for use in accordance with Washington state and local laws.
• Unpaid Holidays Off: Employees receive 3 designated holidays off per year; however, these are unpaid.
• Additional benefits include:

Wage: Minimum wage per hour (currently $17.13 per hour), plus tip pool participation.

• Based on historical earnings, total hourly compensation (including base wage and tip pool) typically ranges from $25-33 per hour.
• Actual earnings may vary based on factors such as shift volume, business levels, and individual performance.
