Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Host to welcome guests and help maintain a warm, efficient dining environment. You will greet guests, inform them about wait times, and collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service.

CPK emphasizes respect, opportunities, communication, kindness and epic service, with flexible shifts and part-time/full-time opportunities. Training programs support new team members and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Warm, guest-facing hospitality experience is a plus.
• Able to greet guests warmly and support a friendly dining environment.
• Comfort with fast-paced service and teamwork across a restaurant team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and gauge seating/wait times to keep guests informed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation and hospitality.

Job Duties

Our Hosts are warm, inviting individuals who greets our guests and makes them feel welcome. They inform guests when there is a wait with accurate wait times, while monitoring the wait list. They maintain the highest standard of service, sanitation, and hospitality. Our Hosts work closely with the store management and other employees to create a Team Concept. This is an entry level position. We look forward to meeting you!
