What You’ll Do

• Welcome all guests and ensure they receive responsive, professional, and gracious service at all times.
• Seat guests based on preferences and under the management team’s direction, balancing guest flow and maximizing covers.
• Accommodate special seating requests and understand how to assist guests with disabilities to ensure a pleasurable experience.
• Use Open Table system for reservations and guest placement.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, keeping all service stations organized.
• Communicate guest needs promptly to a manager to provide high-level service.
• Participate in staff meetings, stay informed about menu items, and contribute suggestions for improvement.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in good working condition.
• Manage time and resources efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Perform regular restroom quality checks during service.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
