Parking Management Company is seeking a Valet Attendant for its luxury hotel and resort client environments. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Full-time or part-time positions available. This role requires strong communication, a polished appearance, and adherence to safety and attendance standards. Base pay plus tips, with potential for additional compensation through performance and market variations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• Customer service attitude and a helpful demeanor are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for damage and document parking locations on tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while delivering service with energy and attention to detail.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain vehicle and personal security.
• Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Provide exceptional guest service and work well within a team to ensure high-quality service.
• Maintain regular attendance, follow policies, and present a professional appearance.
• Attend staff meetings and complete training modules as required.
• Perform other tasks to support operational goals as needed.
