Parking Management Company, LLC is seeking an energetic Valet Attendant for our luxury hotels, resorts and events. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and deliver a high level of professional service while maintaining safety and efficiency.

This role offers a tips-based earning model with a competitive hourly base. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, traffic flow management, and maintaining clean, organized valet areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• Customer service attitude and helpful demeanor are mandatory.
• Able to work outdoors and in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles while following key handling procedures.
• Maintain attendance, clock in/out accurately and report tips.
• Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Provide professional guest service, resolve issues, and support team.
• Arrive on time in uniform and groomed; attend staff meetings and training.
