Responsibilities

• Prepare properties for guest arrivals by cleaning and organizing living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms.

• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, damages, or maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
• Ensure each property meets Brightwild quality and presentation standards before guest check-in.
• Maintain organized supply areas, storage rooms, and housekeeping equipment.
• Support laundry operations when needed (washing, drying, folding, organizing linens).
• Assist with guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines while performing daily duties.

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties when required
• Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and peak tourism periods
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest experience teams
• Basic comfort using mobile apps or messaging platforms for schedules, task lists, and communication
• Ability to identify and report maintenance issues or property concerns proactively
• Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude when interacting with visitors or residents
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy while working in occupied properties
