Job summary

Culver's Bentonville is hiring for full-time team members. Starting pay is $15 per hour, with potential premium for ice cream/custard experience.

You will join a dedicated True Blue team in a fast-paced environment, contributing to great guest experiences and learning life-long skills. Front-of-house roles focus on greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering warmth, while back-of-house teammates help prepare ButterBurgers and other favorites with care.
