Job summary

Culver's Bentonville is looking for a full-time team member to join our fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant. Starting pay is $16 per hour, with the opportunity to top your current pay based on performance and experience.

No prior experience is required, as world-class training is provided and opportunities for growth are strong. You’ll contribute in either front of house or back of house roles, delivering welcoming hospitality, helping to prepare or serve great food, and ensuring every guest
