Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to adapt to various roles within the restaurant.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactions with warm, caring hospitality toward team members and guests.
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack's standards.
• Master all stations and rotate through them to keep days engaging.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures for guest and team safety.
