Shake Shack in Nashville is hiring crew members at $15.00 per hour, plus tips. We value hospitality, integrity, and teamwork, offering hands-on mentorship, training, and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

You'll prepare food to Shake Shack standards, rotate through stations, and provide warm service to guests. We support flexible scheduling, weekends and holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible team members.
