Hi Noon Hospitality in Scottsdale is seeking a Director of Recruitment & Retention to lead talent strategy for our growing portfolio of restaurants. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, build pipelines, and partner with executive leadership to attract, hire, and retain hospitality professionals across locations.

This role focuses on culture, employee experience, and scalable retention programs as we expand nationally, with opportunities to relocate as needed.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive recruiting or HR leadership experience in hospitality.
• Experience recruiting management and leadership-level talent.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Data-driven with recruiting/retention metrics experience.
• Ability to lead across multiple locations and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy across all restaurant locations and corporate functions.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for key management and leadership positions, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines so recruiting is not dependent solely on open positions or immediate staffing needs.
• Identify and engage high-performing hospitality professionals through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, industry relationships, and recruiting platforms.
• Develop and oversee employee referral strategies and support new openings with hiring plans and pipelines.
