Evans Hotels in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support day-to-day recruitment across multiple properties. You will source candidates, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage job postings and ATS updates.

The role involves collaboration with HR and participation in local recruiting events. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in Talent Acquisition, with bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and weekend

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• On-site role with weekly travel to San Diego properties.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment across properties, postings, and events.
• Screen candidates by phone and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain open positions, recruitment reports, and ATS data.
• Source candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake and referrals.
• Create/update job descriptions in ATS and external boards.
• Assist recruitment communications, flyers, and events.
• Coordinate company hiring events and school/community outreach.
