Responsibilities

• Provide genuine, high-quality hospitality in a timely manner.
• Help ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well cared for.
• Support servers, bartenders, and other team members throughout service.
• Deliver food to the appropriate tables and clearly announce each dish.
• Pre-bus, clear, clean, and reset tables.
• Refill water and assist with other guest needs as requested.
• Stock and maintain server stations, the bar, and other service areas.
• Transition between food runner and busser responsibilities based on service and guest needs.
• Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas.
• Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Maintain an energetic, professional, and positive attitude when interacting with guests and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned
