Job summary

Bottleneck Management operates vibrant, high-energy, approachable restaurants in the most dynamic neighborhoods and locations. City Works - Clearfolk in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a friendly and energetic support team member to assist servers and bartenders and help move food from kitchen to tables and bar.

The role requires standing, the ability to work variable schedules (including weekends), and strong guest communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good judgement skills and adaptive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support servers and bartenders.
• Help run food from kitchen to tables and bar.
• Clean, re-stocking, and re-setting tables.
• Ensure bar and service area is organized, clean, and neat.
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members and management.
• Work under the guidance of our FOH managers.
• Ability to work both closing and opening shifts.
