Job summary

Bottleneck Management's City Works - Clearfork in Fort Worth, TX is seeking friendly, energetic Servers to deliver genuine hospitality at every table. You will create positive guest interactions and contribute to exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates are at least 21, with or without prior hospitality experience, and possess strong communication skills. You will stand for long periods and help keep stations ready and guests satisfied throughout service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year in food service/hospitality preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to create memorable guest experiences.
• Must have all required food/alcohol certifications as designated by location.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.

• Gain proficiency in the restaurant's menu and be enthusiastic about our offerings.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and management to provide exceptional guest service.
• Good judgment skills and adaptive attitude.
• Must have all required food / alcohol certifications as designated by location.

Work Environment/ Physical Demand:

• Must be able to stand for full shift
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must have good hearing for accurate communication with guests.
• Must be able to work in areas of loud noise.
• Required to frequently reach, bend, stoop, and carry
• Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments; indoors and outdoors
• Must be able to tolerate potential exposure to allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish
• Extended periods of standing and walking to different parts of the restaurant at different levels.
• Fast paced hands-on position.
• Dining facilities are both outside and inside. Lighting is maintained at a low level.
